1. Equipment overview

This equipment is used to produce disposable non-woven masks. The equipment is mainly composed of feeding, shaping, welding, cutting, transfer and transfer, tab welding, and stacking. In addition to manually feeding the roll material, the entire process from raw material feeding to nose rib insertion and edge trimming to cut the finished product stack is fully automatic. The machines can be combined in a one-to-one or one-to-two-pole ear welding machine to suit different production requirements .
