We strive to provide the best possible support for our customers. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, which makes the system unusable, we may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the models in the future.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing models from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to challenge it with any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable for any differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

The digital models are created or completed by JUJUMI team members.
As a buyer, you are allowed to use the model multiple times in your projects for study purposes only.
JUJUMI will not be held responsible for any risks caused by production or manufacturing.
