Why Haven't I Received the Download Link After Payment?

Upon successful payment confirmation, our system automatically completes the transaction and sends a purchase receipt with full download details to your registered email address. You may also access and download your purchased files at any time via the Order History page in your user account.

Under normal circumstances, you will receive the purchase receipt and corresponding download link(s) within 3 minutes of successful payment.

In rare instances, your payment may be marked as "Pending" by the payment processor or our risk control system. When this occurs, our dedicated team will conduct a manual review of the transaction before final confirmation. This review process typically takes no more than 4 business hours, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

How Do I Access My Purchased Digital Models?

To ensure seamless delivery of your digital models, please provide a valid and active email address during checkout, as this will be the primary channel for order communications and file delivery.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing your complete order details and secure download links for your digital models.

Please note that download links remain valid for 72 hours from the time of issuance. We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly to avoid link expiration. If your link expires, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I Submit a Refund Request?

We fully stand behind the quality of our digital products and are committed to delivering a reliable user experience. We recognize, however, that our products may not align with every user’s specific use case in all scenarios.

We take all product quality issues with the utmost seriousness. If you identify critical, verifiable defects in your purchased digital models that render the product unusable, please contact our customer support team immediately at kefu@jujumi.com.cn.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.

  • Our support team will first assist you in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues encountered while using the digital models. We provide comprehensive support via email, WhatsApp, Skype, and other official communication channels to guide you through step-by-step problem resolution.
  • We are committed to delivering the highest standard of customer support. In the event that we are unable to resolve a verifiable technical issue that renders the digital model fully unusable, we will review your refund request. We may request additional information about the issue to support our review and ongoing product improvements.
  • Refund approvals are granted at our sole discretion, in accordance with this policy. By purchasing digital models from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
  • We are not liable for any losses incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund processing.

All digital models available on our platform are original creations or fully authorized final productions developed exclusively by the JUJUMI team, and all associated intellectual property rights are retained by JUJUMI.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the digital models solely for educational and research purposes, with unlimited personal use in your non-commercial projects.

JUJUMI shall not be held liable for any risks, losses, or damages arising from the production, manufacturing, commercial application, or any other use of the digital models that violates the terms of this license.
