Why Can’t I Get the Download Link After Payment?

• In rare cases, the system may mark the payment as “Pending”. When this occurs, our team will manually review the payment before confirming the transaction. This process typically takes less than 4 hours, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
• Typically, you will receive the purchase receipt and download link(s) within 3 minutes of successful payment.

How Can I Get the Digital Models?

• To receive your digital models, please ensure you provide a valid email address for communication and delivery.
• After payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing your full order details and digital model download links.
• Download links are valid for 72 hours from the time of issuance. Please download your files promptly to avoid expiration.

Can I Request a Refund?
