Six Sigma Management (Six Sigma Management) is a new management method first developed in Motorola in the United States in the late 1980s. The implementation of Six Sigma management is to reduce possible mistakes to the minimum through design and monitoring process, so that the company can achieve the highest quality and efficiency, the lowest cost, the shortest process cycle, the largest profit, and satisfy customers in all aspects. Therefore, Six Sigma management is an almost perfect management strategy.

Six Sigma (Six Sigma) has evolved from a total quality management method by GE in the mid-1990s to a highly effective enterprise process design, improvement and optimization technology, and provides a series of equally applicable to design, production and service New product development tools.
