Sheet metal of bending & forming : Sheet metal bending and forming is performed on a press brake, to be formed of sheet material is placed on the bending machine, with the lift lever to lift the brake pads, the workpiece slid into place.  The moving piece is lowered to the plate to be formed, and the metal bending forming process is realized by applying a force to the bending lever on the plate bending machine.

Suitable for : suitable for mass production ( not more than 5000 pieces ), but also can be customized for each piece.

Quality : high bending accuracy, error is about 0.1mm (0.004in)

Speed : per minute 6 bends, but it will take longer time for the initial configuration of the bending machine

Applicable materials are suitable for almost all metal materials, the most commonly used materials are: steel, aluminum, copper and titanium and other ductile metal plates

Design considerations

1. Single piece bent length up to the 16m (52ft)
