The design model includes: the process of feeding, laminating and feeding of the nose bridge, forming, cutting, ear adjustment, and welding finished.

The main technical feature of this 3D model is the ability to produced at high speed more than 140,000 daily.

The entire product line is complete and can provide two specifications, which respectively produce children and adult masks. Using inverter equipment, the control is simple and the operation is stable.

The structure is mainly composed of non-woven roll rack, mask lamina tor, automatic nose cutting machine, automatic paper receiving, welding, cutting, transfer conveyor, ear band welding, automatic cutting conveyor and other components.

The file format is SolidWorks 2018 including 3D+2D+step.  The file total size is about 439 MB. It will save you a lot of time during your design process.
