Brief description of packaging process:
The system is composed of automatic quantitative packaging machine and heat sealing system, which can complete the measurement, filling and sealing of the packaging bag mouth. Automatic quantitative packaging machine uses manual bagging, automatic weighing and filling.
The packaging materials flow into the gate valve through the bin and enter into the feeding device respectively. When the electric control system receives the instruction of weighing, the feeding device starts to operate.
The operator sets the bag and manually moves the travel switch. The bag clamping cylinder acts, and the bag is clamped, and the material flows into the packaging bag. When the weight of the material in the packaging bag reaches the predetermined rough value, the coarse feeding ends, and the material continues For fine feeding, when the flow reaches the predetermined fine addition value, the weighing cycle ends. After the weighing and measuring is completed, the bag clamping cylinder is reset, and the finished product packaging bag falls onto the conveyor belt and enters the heat sealing system. The once packaging and weighing process is completed.
The electric control part of each packaging equipment is composed of a PLC programmable controller, a weighing controller and detection actuator. Among them, the central control cabinet composed of PLC and weighing instrument is installed in the general control room; other detection and executive components are installed on the field packaging equipment.
The whole packaging line is controlled by PLC and weighing instrument to complete a series of actions such as bagging, blanking, weighing and heat sealing.
