The conveyor consists of various components such as a frame, belt pallet, belt, belt support, electric control box, and drive component.

The deficiencies of the existing technology:

1. The length of the conveyor is limited by the frame and is not easy to adjust;

2. The roller drive of the conveyor uses a chain or belt drive, and the length of the transmission chain affects the reliability of the machine’s operation;

3. When the rollers rotate, insufficient protection may easily cause harm to people.

Inventions:

1. The direct-drive type of drum drive shortens the transmission chain and improves the system operating accuracy and reliability;

2. Adjustable conveyor line length, compact and reasonable space layout;

3. Improved safety protection between rotating parts to improve system safety performance;

4. Perfect scalability, improve the performance of the equipment.
