Detailed 3D design of mine telescopic belt conveyor
Belt conveyor is a kind of friction driven machinery which transports materials continuously. It is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, idler, roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc. It can form a material conveying process from the initial feeding point to the final discharging point on a certain conveying line. It can not only transport the broken materials, but also transport the finished products. In addition to pure material transportation, it can also cooperate with the requirements of the technological process in the production process of various industrial enterprises to form a rhythmic flow line.
The belt moves according to the principle of friction transmission. It is suitable for conveying easy to take powder, granular, small pieces of low abrasive materials and bagged materials, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, chemical fertilizer, grain, etc. The belt conveyor can be used in the ambient temperature range of – 20 ℃ to + 40 ℃, and the temperature of the delivered material is less than 60 ℃. The captain and assembly form can be determined according to the user’s requirements. The transmission can be electric roller or drive device with drive frame.
