Introduction:

The automatic mask production line, also known as the one-to-three mask production line, consists of a mask body machine and three ear band welding machines. It can produce 160-180 complete flat masks per minute. The mask specifications are: 175 X 95 mm three-layer non-woven flat filter masks. Compared with a single stand-alone mask manufacturing machine, automatic conveyor belts and ports are added. In addition to improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs, this unique design is to minimize manual participation and reduce contamination of the mask during the production process.
