This particular mode of transportation utilizes magnetic navigation. The vehicle is capable of moving along a track that is comprised of a magnetic strip laid on the ground. Beneath the vehicle lies a sensor that guides it along the magnetic path, with the vehicle pulling a load on top of it.

We took note of customers’ feedback, such as “We want to implement the AGV system, but our budget is limited” or “The standard AGV is not meeting our requirements.” To address these concerns, we developed the Meiden AGV Kit. The vehicle has four universal wheels at the bottom, while its drive wheels are standard parts. The driver component’s controller is also a standard part and can be purchased directly, which can save a considerable amount of time during the design process.
I created the mechanical model using SolidWorks2017, and also made the engineering drawings. The file size is 100MB, which includes stp files.
