Before the article, I will share a mind map. A mind map compiled by the product manager “Xiao Fuzi” of Cao Liu Net for the first two articles. The content of my article is listed in a structured manner.

After demand analysis and judgment, we need to write a report document to present the processing results of the demand to leaders or other colleagues. This is the same as writing a planning plan after we plan the product. Usually such documents are in PPT format. , To express the plan in the form of an outline plus a speech.

The outline of the PPT document should include the following:

1. Demand classification: list the demands in different categories according to the type of demand, and introduce the original intention of the demand clearly.

2. Demand analysis and judgment: In this section, we introduce the results of each demand decision, leaving feasible demands and giving up unfeasible demands; usually this section only introduces the abandoned requirements and the reasons for the abandonment.

3. The quantile of demand: the feasibility requirements are expressed in quantiles, indicating the priority of demand. There are many determinants of this quantile, which need to be evaluated with reference to three factors; the four-image limit method is also called this in common companies , Important (urgent), important (not urgent), not important (urgent), not important (not urgent).

4. Demand grading: According to the quantile, it is divided into optimization grades, and the demand is divided into plans, and implemented in multiple versions according to different planning stages; if there are few demands, it is iteratively realized at one time.

Through PPT presentations and speeches, the results of product demand analysis can be reported in detail.

Because I have completed the demand analysis and decision-making during the product planning process, there is no separate product demand analysis report, and there will be no case downloads. I will share it with you in the blog if I have it in the future.
