Safty:

3. Installation

1. Install the main unit of pillow packing machine

Move the main machine of the machine to the work place (the work place requires the ground to be strong and away from the vibration source), adjust the anchor bolts to position the main machine and keep the machine level.

2. Installation

The feeding conveyor is installed into the longitudinal sealing wallboard, and the feeding conveyor is adjusted so that the center of the chain and the longitudinal sealing center are on the same straight line. The material guide surface is slightly higher than the bottom surface of the bag maker (vertical sealing cover) Tighten the bolt.

3. Power supply

The power supply of this machine adopts AC three-phase (380V, 50Hz), connect the three-phase wire of the power supply to the three-phase wire end of the electric control box, and the zero wire to the N end of the electric control box.

4. Test drive

4.1 Turn the large handwheel of the machine by hand, and observe whether the machine rotates abnormally;

4.2 Press the jog button to observe whether the machine is running abnormally;

4.3 After confirming that the above two items are normal, press the start button and run for about 20 minutes in empty vehicle to further confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon;

1.5 Measure the bag length value (the straight line distance between two adjacent color scales, the unit is mm):

1.6 Press the start button, the machine runs, rotate the bag length adjustment handle (clockwise bag length decreases, counterclockwise bag length increases), so that the bag length value displayed on the display terminal is consistent with the measured bag length value; (Note: must be The bag length and handwheel can only be adjusted during the operation of the machine, otherwise the CVT will be damaged and the machine will not operate normally.)

1.7 Put on the packaging film according to the schematic diagram, pull up the handle of the vertical sealing wheel, open the vertical sealing wheel, and pull the packaging film to the horizontal sealing place: put down the handle and compress the vertical sealing wheel.

1.8 Press the jog button or press the forward or backward chase button (that is, forward chase or reverse chase) to make the horizontal seal cutter just cut on the color scale.

1.9 Press the start button to make the cursor switch pass through at least five color marks, look at the tracking direction displayed on the display terminal, and turn the cursor lock knob in the direction opposite to the displayed tracking direction to lock the color mark in the correct position on.

1.10 Press the start button, start the machine, make several bags, check the sealing effect of the vertical seal and horizontal seal, if the packaging film is not on both sides, adjust the center adjustment knob of the packaging film, rotate clockwise, the packaging film Move inside, otherwise move outward; if the vertical sealing pressure or horizontal sealing pressure is inappropriate, it can be adjusted as described in 2.5 and 2.6.

1.11 Put 1 to 2 packages on the feeding conveyor, press the jog button, and stop the package until the package is sealed, check whether the package is between the two colors, and pay attention to whether the cutter cuts the package If the packaging is in the middle of the bag, open the clutch lever and move the fork forward to the appropriate position at the same time, otherwise move the fork backward to the appropriate position, and repeatedly debug until the packaging is in the middle of the bag . (This step needs to be adjusted after changing the packaging or packaging film of different specifications)

1.13 To supply enough materials, press the start button to formally run the pillow packing machine.

1.14 After the official operation, the photoelectric indicator on the operation panel of the microcomputer should light up after each color mark. If the photoelectric switch indicator is always on or off, it means that the color code switch does not capture the color code signal correctly, then the distance and angle of the color code switch and the packaging film should be adjusted until the color code switch can correctly capture Color signal. Look at the correction direction displayed on the microcomputer display. If the correction direction arrow appears more than five consecutive times (cursor correction), it means that the set bag length is shorter than the actual bag (the linear distance between the two color marks of the packaging film) ), The bag length adjustment handle should be rotated counterclockwise to make the bag length slightly longer; otherwise, if the direction correction arrow appears more than five consecutive backtracking (cursor correction), then rotate the bag length adjustment handle clockwise to make the bag length slightly Make it shorter.

1.15 After step 1.14 is adjusted, the cutting point position of the cutter should be checked to see if the cutting point position is correct. If the cutting point position is incorrect, the locking position of the locking knob should be adjusted until the cutter can cut to the correct cutting point position. Press the start button, the machine is officially running.

1.16 On the operation screen of the display terminal, long press the “paper length setting” key for more than 5 seconds, the shift output count is cleared. After pressing the “paper length setting” key, and then pressing the “count” key for more than 5 seconds, the total output count is cleared.

2. Key adjustment steps

2.1 Adjustment of temperature control table

2.1.1 The internal parameters of the temperature control meter have been adjusted at the factory, users must not change their internal settings at will, otherwise the temperature control meter will not work properly;

2.1.2 In the display area of ​​the temperature control table, the red number indicates the set temperature value, and the green number indicates the current temperature value.

2.1.3 Press the key to increase the value; press the key to decrease the value.

2.2 Adjustment of photoelectric switch

2.2.1 Position the photoelectric head of the photoelectric switch perpendicular to the surface of the packaging film and approximately 5 to 10 mm away from the packaging film;

2.2.2 Align the photoelectric head with the blank space of the packaging film so that the green indicator light and the red indicator light on the photoelectric switch are both on;

2.2.3 Align the photoelectric head with the color code of the packaging film, and adjust the “sensitivity knob” on the photoelectric switch so that its red indicator light is off and the green indicator light is still on, indicating normal. If the red indicator is still on, continue to adjust the knob (you can adjust the distance between the photoelectric switch and the packaging film at the same time) until it is adjusted.

2.3 Adjustment of packaging film tension ;.

2.3.1 When the packaging film passes through the bag making machine, the uniformity of the tension on each side directly affects the packaging effect;

2.3.2 Adjust the lock block to adjust the angle of the film inlet roller, or rotate the handle to move the position of the film inlet roller to change the angle and height between the film inlet roller and the bag making machine, so as to reach between the packaging film and the bag making machine The tension on each side is even.

2.4 Adjustment of eccentricity of horizontal seal

2.4.1 The eccentricity is adjusted to ensure that the instantaneous linear velocity of the horizontal sealer is equal to the linear velocity of the packaging film when it is engaged.

2.4.2 When the length of the packaging film bag becomes longer, rotate the eccentricity adjustment knob counterclockwise, and when the length of the packaging film bag becomes shorter, turn the eccentricity adjustment knob clockwise;

2.4.3 During normal operation, if the horizontal seal cluster film is found, it means that the instantaneous linear speed of the horizontal sealer is slower than the linear speed of the packaging film when it is engaged.The eccentricity adjustment knob should be turned counterclockwise. It means that the instantaneous linear speed of the horizontal sealer is faster than the linear speed of the packaging film when it is engaged, and the eccentricity adjustment knob should be rotated clockwise.

2.5 Adjustment of the longitudinal seal pressure The adjustment bolt can adjust the sealing pressure of the longitudinal seal traction wheel and the longitudinal seal wheel. The user can adjust the sealing effect of the longitudinal seal appropriately.

2.6 Adjustment of horizontal sealing pressure and center

2.6.1 Adjust the bolt clockwise to increase the sealing pressure of the horizontal seal, and vice versa to reduce the sealing pressure of the horizontal seal. The user can properly adjust the sealing effect of the horizontal seal.

2.6.2 When the center height of the package is the same as the center of the horizontal seal, the packaging effect is the best. When the height of the package changes, the center of the horizontal seal should be adjusted. The height of the center of the package can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the lower belt of the clamping device.

5. Maintenance 

1. Mechanical parts

l.1 Although the new machine has been tested and run-in at the manufacturer, the user should also run at high speed (about 40 packs / min) after 24 hours of operation and then run at high speed;

1.2 After the new machine has been running for one month, the operator should adjust the transmission chain and transmission belt every two months after operation;

1.3 The horizontal seal main and driven gears should be filled with grease every two months or so.

l.4 The vertical sealing cover is cleaned twice a week, and lubricating the vertical sealing slide at the same time;

1.5 Please refer to the instruction manual of the stepless gearbox for the adjustment and use of the gear chain tension of the stepless gearbox;

1.6 The operator should regularly check the fastening parts for looseness, lubricate gears, racks, sprockets, chains and screw rods;

l.7 The outer surface of the machine cover, worktable and other surfaces should be cleaned and wiped frequently to keep the machine clean.

2. Electrical part

2.1 The operator should always check whether the thread at each joint is loose;

2.2 The probes of photoelectric switches and proximity switches are dusty, which is easy to cause misoperation, so they should be checked and cleaned frequently;

2.3 Regularly clean the surface of the horizontal seal electric slip ring with soft gauze dipped in alcohol to remove the toner on the surface (note: be sure to cut off the power when cleaning),

2.4 Non-professional management personnel are not allowed to open the electrical parts. The parameters or procedures of the inverter, microcomputer and other control elements have been set. Please do not change them at will, otherwise it will damage the machine.

6. Lubrication

l. Each rolling bearing should be filled with butter once every two months or so;

2. The lubrication of the CVT is carried out according to its instruction manual;

3. The shaft sleeve on the supporting roller of the packaging film and the shaft sleeve at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor should be filled with 40 # mechanical oil in a timely manner;

Common faults and troubleshooting methods:

3. Adjust the screws to make the vertical sealing pressure suitable

4. Check the corresponding heating circuit and replace the damaged parts

The possible causes of poor horizontal sealing failures are as follows:

1. The sealing temperature is not suitable

2. There are foreign objects on the surface of the horizontal sealer

There are several possible reasons why the packaging film is not well formed or the vertical seal is unstable:

1. The packaging film is too narrow

2. Improper adjustment of packaging film tension at the entrance of the bag maker

3. The center of the packaging film is inconsistent with the center of the longitudinal seal

Elimination method:

1. Replace the appropriate packaging film

2. Adjust the packaging film tension adjustment roller to make the tension of each side of the packaging film at the entrance of the bag making machine uniform

3. Adjust the fine adjustment knob on the packaging film roller so that the center of the packaging film is not consistent with the center of the vertical seal

The possible causes of the unstable bag length display are as follows:

1. Improper adjustment of proximity switch

2. The chain of stepless gearbox is loose

Elimination method:

1. Adjust the proximity switch so that the distance between the top surface and the top circle of the detection wheel is 1 ~ 2mm

2. Adjust the tension of the gearbox chain according to the instruction of the stepless gearbox to fit;

Possible reasons for abnormal tracking are as follows:

1. The bag length setting value does not match the actual length value

2. The printing quality of packaging film color standard is too poor or not obvious;

3. Improper adjustment of photoelectric switch position or sensitivity

1. Measure and reset the bag length correctly

The possible reasons for the horizontal sealing and cutting of the package are as follows:

1. The position of the fork of the conveyor is not synchronized with the horizontal seal
