Anti rollover Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) 3D design model

The Anti-rollover Rail Guided Vehicle is drawn by SolidWorks2017 3D software. The file size is 53MB,  including 3D+2D.

RGV is the English abbreviation for Rail Guided Vehicle, also called rail shuttle. RGV can be used in various high-density storage warehouses. The trolley channel can be designed to be arbitrarily long to increase the storage capacity of the entire warehouse. And during operation, there is no need for a forklift to drive into the roadway, making it safer. The advantages of using a forklift without entering the roadway, with the car running fast in the roadway, improve warehouse operational efficiency .

The RGV has a Mias fork on it. This fork is used when sending goods to other lines. The anti-deflection mechanism is designed at the wheel.

So the RGV doesn’t roll over when the weight is delivered.

This RGV convey standard cargo size specifications and is 1.2m * 1.2m in size.

The RGV driven unit uses two motors, one motor moving horizontally along the track. Vertically using another motor to get up and down the table. The countertop has two degrees of freedom.

The ground rail of the RGV is made of aluminum alloy. The wheels adopt the Demag brand. Simple and reliable design. Will greatly reduce the workload for your design work.
